Art is a personal thing not just a canvas hanging on a wall, a painting through color and composition draws you in and sparks an emotion feeling (pleasant or unpleasant...hopefully Pleasing to the eye;). I call this one Feather Dip, you can call it whatever you want, hopefully you call it "Your Own". Done using the "Reverse Dip" technique, laying bands of color then I lay a napkin on paint and lift. I love the way the blue, , yellow, teal and red mixed and laced together. Acrylic paintings and fluid art in particular is an awesome medium to work with, being abstract by nature but at the same time as still art like a landscape, a butterfly, a feather, or even a pretty flower. The other cool thing about Fluid Art is how the paint colors mix and mingle, it's like looking at clouds on a nice day, you know... those big puffy ones where you look for things like lions and tigers (oh my).
